Helen G Events Online Wedding & Vow Renewal Reservation Form

At Helen G Events we pride ourselves in the quality service we offer our clients and our brides. Thus in order to maintain the high quality we seek and strive for, wedding dates and times are subject to availability. We limit the number of weddings done by Helen G Events each year to ensure that each couple have a wonderful experience and the dedicated support required for this special occasion. Please note that we cannot schedule more than one wedding in any given week. So if you are interested in booking your wedding or an event with us send us your information by using the calendar below and we will be in touch as quickly as possible.

How it works:

1. Start by using the calendar on the left to choose your wedding or vow renewal date. Date selected must be 14 or more from today's date.
2. For dates that are tentatively booked you may still submit a request as if you are ready to make a deposit you will be given first preference.
3. A request sheet will appear once you select your date. Fill out the form taking care to make sure the information is filled in correctly. If you have special requests or want to add any additional details please feel free to use the comments box.
4. Once you have submitted your request sheet one of our event planners will be in contact with you.
5. When making travel arrangements please note that you must be on island for at least 48 hours, i.e. 2 days (day of arrival counts)
