Terms Of Service

Sales Policy:

Goods are rented for one use only, except otherwise agreed. It is the responsibility of the customer to check all goods received in regards to breakages or damages. Additional charges will be made for shortages, damages or breakages. A 10% fee will be charged for cancellations after confirmation with payment. If HG Party Rentals has to break down after an event, an additional cost will be applied. Customers who collect goods are required to return them within 24 hours after use or an additional charge will be incurred.

Please note the following:

• Prices subject to change without notice.
• A delivery charge will apply to all orders depending on location, day and time.
• Additional rates apply for rental equipment that is used for an extended period.
• A security deposit is required upon confirmation of all orders, balance is due 5 Days prior to delivery. "The security deposit is refunded after the return of hired goods, and charges for breakage and or loss accounted for."

In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, informational, technical or other error, HG Party Rentals shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order for that product.
